Zambezi is an independent, women-owned creative agency in Los Angeles founded in 2006 by former Wieden+Kennedy staff. It began in sports marketing and now handles integrated creative, digital and production for consumer brands such as TaylorMade, Autotrader and The Venetian. CEO Jean Freeman is the agency's majority owner. Nobody pays to be ranked.
